Learn essential drawing techniques in this exciting two hour class. Paper, pencils and charcoal are provided. The class takes place at Quinn Gallery and is taught by Malia Quinn.

Use the time to address what you want to learn most: Composition theory, proportion, paint application and color mixing, general consultation about how to improve so that you can begin selling, etc

Plein Air Lesson

Learn how to Plein Air (painting outside). This lesson is for those who have some previous experience with painting and want to enhance their skills using direct observation. This lesson is private instruction and takes 2-3 hours.

What you’ll learn:

• How to use a limited palette and work efficiently using oil paint
• How to make strong compositions
• Create a vibrant and loose painting
• Application techniques
• Paint with brushes and/or palette knife
